RETURN POLICY

We are a customer-first company, and we strive to provide the best quality products with a seamless experience for you. Still, sometimes things happen, so if there's anything wrong with the item you have received, we will do our best to fix it and be satisfied.

All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, GENOVENTI offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team at return@genoventi.com  If you have discovered our fault, please take pictures of the defected, or wrong case sent to you and attach them to the initial email with an explanation.

Please note that GENOVENTI will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund.

WARNING: Personalized products are one of a kind and has been manufactured only for you. Therefore we cannot exchange or refund any customized products under any circumstances unless the product has a manufacturer's defect.

Please contact us before returning any item. Refunds require prior contact and, for defective items, a description of the quality issue.

Reimbursement of funds is allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase and usually takes 1-3 business days.

Please consider that all shipping expenses for returning items remain the responsibility of the customer when items are returned for reasons not attributable to GENOVENTI. However, GENOVENTI will cover all shipping expenses when items are returned due to defects or wrong items being sent.
